Enumerations

Manage Enumerations in scalenow AI 

In scalenow AI, the Enumerations menu in the administration settings allows you to configure key elements like activities (for time tracking), project statuses, and work package priorities.

Accessing Enumerations

Navigate to Administration → Enumerations to view and manage existing enumeration values. The enumerations are organized into categories such as Activities, Project Status, and Work Package Priorities.

Creating a New Enumeration Value

  • Select the + icon in the desired category.
  • Provide the following details for the new enumeration value:
    • Name: Specify the name of the value.
    • Active: Check if the value should be enabled.
    • Default Setting: Select if this value should be the default option for its category.
  • Click the orange Create button to save your changes.

Editing or Removing Enumeration Values

 

  • Edit: Click on the name of an existing enumeration to modify it.
  • Active Status: Active enumerations are marked with a check in the Active column.
  • Default Value: The default enumeration is indicated by a check in the Default column.
  • Reordering: Use the sort functionality to move enumeration values up or down in the list.
  • Delete: Remove an enumeration by clicking the delete icon next to it.

Customising Work Package Priorities

To change the color associated with a work package priority:

  1. Navigate to the Work Package Priorities section under Enumerations.
  2. Select the specific priority to update its color.
