In scalenow AI, each Agile Release Train (ART) corresponds to a project.
Viewing Epics, Features, and Stories within an ART
A project in scalenow AI is made up of several elements:
Team Members: These can be added at the instance level and invited to individual projects. External users can also be invited directly.
Modules: Includes features such as Work packages, Gantt charts, Backlog, Team Planner, Wiki, Forums, and Meetings.
Work Packages: Different work package types include Epics, Features, Enablers, User Stories, and Bugs.
Integrations: External file storage can be integrated.
Member Groups: These can be created at the instance level and assigned to projects.
Introduction to projects
scalenow AI initiative is a temporary, goal-oriented activity designed to produce a unique result.The initiative also serve as a “workspace” where teams collaborate on a shared topic, such as organising departmental activities.
Note: To access and contribute to a project, you must be a member of that project.

Invite Members
To access and contribute to a project, individuals must first be added as members. Membership grants visibility and collaboration rights within a project.
Team members can be added to a project through the Members module, accessible from the project menu.
Note: If you are not listed as a member of a project in scalenow AI , it will not appear in your project selection or the project list.
Work packages
A work package in scalenow AI can represent anything you need to monitor within your projects. This could include tasks, features, bugs, risks, milestones, or project phases.
These various categories of work packages are referred to as work package types.

A Gantt chart is a project management tool in scalenow AI that visually represents the timeline of tasks, showing their start and end dates, dependencies, and progress.
