Steps to Configure an Announcement:

 

1. Enter Announcement Text: Compose the message you want to display to users.
2. Set Display Duration: Define the date until which the announcement should remain visible.
3. Activate the Announcement: Mark the announcement as active to ensure it is displayed to users.
4. Save Changes: Confirm your settings to enable the announcement.

Where Announcements Appear:

• Login Screen: Active announcements will be shown to users on the login screen until the defined expiration date.
• Application Start Page: The same announcement will also appear on the application start page, providing visibility for all users upon accessing the platform.

This feature ensures that important updates, notices, or reminders are effectively communicated to all users during the defined time frame.
