To open an existing project in scalenow AI, click the Select a project button located in the top-right corner of the header and choose the project you want to access.
You can quickly find projects by typing part of the project’s name into the search box. Projects and subprojects are displayed in a hierarchical structure within the drop-down menu, with subprojects nested under their parent projects.
Alternatively, you can view all existing projects through the Global Modules menu. Additionally, your most recent and favorite projects are displayed in the Projects section on the landing page for quick access—simply click on any project to open it.

Creating a new project in scalenow AI is can be done in a few steps:
Using the Home Screen: Click the green + Project button located in the Project section on the system’s home screen.
Using the Header Menu: Alternatively, use the green + button in the header menu to create a new project.
Project Creation Options
When creating a project, you can:
- Create a completely new project from scratch.
- Define the new project as a subproject of an existing project to integrate it into the project hierarchy.
- Use the drop-down menu to select a template and create a project or subproject based on it.
After selecting an option, enter a name for your project and click the orange Save button.
Advanced Settings
The Advanced Settings section allows you to configure additional details, such as:
- Adding a project description.
- Assigning a custom URL.
- Defining other relevant settings.
By default, the user creating the project is assigned the role of Project Admin, whether the project is created from scratch, copied, or based on a template.

To view all projects where you are a member, click the Project Lists button located at the bottom of the action bar after opening the Select a Project drop-down menu.
Alternatively, you can access the list of projects using the Global Modules menu on the left or by selecting Projects from the grid icon in the top-right corner.
This will display a detailed overview of all existing projects, including their key information, providing easy access to manage or explore them
