Users with administrator rights in scalenow AI or global permissions can create backups of scalenow AI from Administration -> Backup. To ensure security, a backup token must first be generated by clicking + Backup token.
Back up Settings
Unless disabled in the configuration, users can create backups of the scalenow AI installation directly from the administration area. To perform this action, they must either be an administrator or have the necessary global permission.
To create a backup of your scalenow AI installation, navigate to Administration -> Backup and follow these steps:
Generate a Backup Token
Before creating a backup, you must generate a backup token. This token adds an additional layer of security since the backup process involves handling sensitive data.Create a Backup Token
Click the + Backup token button to generate the required token.
Once the token is created, you can proceed with the backup process.
